If you feel that your child is in need of medical attention and it is after our office has closed, you have the option of utilizing the following resources listed below.
In-person pediatric visits
Marque Urgent Care
We have CHOC pediatricians who work on-site at Marque Urgent Care locations in Mission Viejo and Lake Forest. Marque will partner with you and your child’s primary care physician to ensure the best outcomes and a seamless experience. See below for clinic locations, hours, and to schedule your visit. Walk-ins are always welcomed.
What we treat and services
- Strep/sore throat
- Pink eye (conjunctivitis), stye, other eye infections
- On-site X-ray
- Common cold, flu, and COVID-19 symptoms
- Minor burn and wound care
- Minor lacerations (Dermabond, sutures, or staples)
- Respiratory and ear infections
- Vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration
- Rashes and hives (diaper, viral exanthem, eczema, etc.)

Virtual pediatric visits
Marque Urgent Care
Pediatric Virtual Visits can help evaluate, diagnose, prescribe medications, and triage your child from the comfort of home. The visit is administered by a CHOC pediatrician and is available 7 days a week. A reservation is required.
